摘要
以判断教师特征为源起的美国中小学教学效能评价,历经数十年的发展,形成了问卷调查法、同行评议法、课堂观察法和项目分析法等多种评价教学效能的方法,对我国当前中小学教学效能评价在区分教学效能评价的功能和类型、转变过于注重学生学习结果的评价导向、合理运用质性评价以及关注教学评价的未来效能等方面带来诸多启示。
After decades of development, the evaluation of teaching effectiveness in American primary and secondary schools, which originated from the judgment of teachers'characteristics, has formed many methods to evaluate teaching effectiveness, such as questionnaire survey, peer review, classroom observation and project analysis. It will bring many inspirations to the teaching efficiency evaluation of primary and secondary schools in China that distinguishing the functions and types of teaching effectiveness evaluation, transforming the evaluation orientation that pays too much attention to students'learning results, rationally applying qualitative evaluation and paying attention to the future effectiveness of teaching evaluation.
