摘要
肿瘤的快速生长导致肿瘤内部缺血缺氧,而缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)作为细胞对缺氧环境适应的重要调节因子,在肿瘤的代谢、生存、血管生成等方面有着重要影响。文章通过探讨HIF-1α在肿瘤代谢中的作用,分析HIF-1α在乳腺癌代谢中可能的作用机制,为乳腺癌的治疗及预后提供治疗策略。
The rapid growth of tumor leads to ischemic hypoxia in the tumor.Hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1),a regulator of cell adaptation to hypoxic environment,plays an important role in tumor metabolism,survival,and angiogenesis.In this review,we analyze the possible mechanisms of HIF-1α action in breast cancer metabolism by exploring the role of HIF-1α in tumor metabolism and provide new therapeutic strategies for the tr eatment and prognosis of breast cancer.
