介绍水煤浆提浓装置流程、设备、开车运行情况及操作控制要点。自投用以来运行平稳,煤浆浓度提高、黏度基本不变,气化装置产气量明显提升,经济效益显著。

The flow process, equipment, start-up and control points during operation of coal water slurry thickening device were introduced. Since commissioning, the device operated smoothly, the concentration of coal water slurry was kept high while the viscosity of the slurry was almost unchanged, the output of gasification was apparently increased, which brings good economic benefit.
