合成气压缩机驱动汽轮机运行过程中振动值突然上升,对机组的安全经济运行造成很大的影响,分析造成汽轮机振动值上升的原因,通过汽轮机运行模式的调整和参数优化,实现机组振动值稳定,保证装置安全连续运行。

During the operation of steam turbine of synthetic gas compressor, the vibration happened abruptly. This threatened the safety and economic operation of the machine. After analyzing the reasons, we adjusted the operation mode of the steam turbine, and optimized the parameters to achieve a steady vibration value, and guaranteed the safety and continuous operation of the plant.
