LS-03硫化氢选择氧化催化剂在硫磺回收装置的工业应用

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION OF LS-03 H_2S SELECTIVE OXIDATION CATALYST ON SULFUR RECOVERY UNIT

介绍LS-03硫化氢选择氧化催化剂性能特点与工业应用情况。结果表明:其应用于超级克劳斯工艺硫磺回收装置,SO2排放浓度达到设计指标,性能优于国外同类催化剂。为适应新的环保要求,提出改进建议,以达到更低的SO2排放水平。

Industrial application of LS-03 H2S selective oxidation catalyst was introduced in this article. The result showed that: physicochemical properties and performance of the catalyst all have reached the level of imported catalyst when used in super Claus sulfur recovery unit, and SO2 emission concentration of the unit could reach the design specification. Suggestions for improvement of super Claus sulfur recovery unit were proposed in order to achieve lower SO2 emission, and to meet the need of latest environmental requirement.
