摘要
在室温条件下,氯草定C_6H_3Cl_4N(2-氯-6-三氯甲基砒啶)能够溶于甲醇,其甲醇溶液在紫外区200.0~300.0 nm波长范围内有特征吸收峰(220 nm、269 nm),用待测定样品与氯草定标准样品紫外吸收谱图进行比对,可以定性;查标准工作曲线可以定量。方法的单点回收精密度σ_(n-1)为0.35,回收率为99.7%~100.6%。
Nitropyrin C6H3Cl4N (2-chloro-6-trichloromethyl pyridine) can be dissolved in methanol under chamber temperature. The methanol solution may show its characteristic absorption peak (220 nm, 269 nm) in the wave range of 200.0 to 300.0 nm in ultraviolet band. Compare the ultraviolet absorption spectrum of standard Nitrapyrin sample with the sample to be determined, one can get the qualitative result. Check the standard working curve, one can get the quantitative result. Using this method, the single point recovery precision σn-1 is 0.35, and recovery rate 99.7% to 100.6%.
