摘要
为了节能降耗和缩短工期,新建锅炉采用了同步烘煮炉工艺。结合实际工况制定了同步烘煮炉的方案,阐述了具体的控制方法,分析了碱度和磷酸根质量分数的变化。结果表明,同步烘煮炉的设计切实可行,控制方法简单易行,碱度和磷酸根的质量分数符合要求,烘煮炉质量验收结果合格。
In order to save the energy and the time,two new-build boilers adopt the synchronous oven and boiling out technology.Combining with actual conditions,it developes a synchronous oven and boiling out program.It elaborates the specific control method and analyzes the change in alkalinity and phosphate concentrations.The results show that the design of synchronous oven and boiling out are feasible.The control method is simple and easy.The alkalinity and phosphate concentration meet the standards.Quality acceptance results for oven and boiling out are qualified.
