摘要 为深度挖掘火电机组参与深度调峰的能力,在确保机组参与深度调峰的同时,又能有效解决机组在低负荷运行时无法满足采暖供热抽汽的需要,对辽宁东方发电有限公司1号机组进行切缸改造,在校核低压缸长叶片达到运行安全性的前提下,将原不能完全密封的供热蝶阀更换为可完全密封的液压蝶阀,新增加低压缸通流部分冷却蒸汽系统,对低压缸喷水减温系统进行改造,配套自动控制系统。经过切缸改造,机组参与深度调峰能力和在低负荷运行时的供热抽汽能力得到全面提升,投资小且改造工期短,节能效果明显,实用性较强且操作简单。 In order to excavate deeply the ability of the thermal power unit to participate in the depth peak adjustment and to ensure the unit participating in the depth peak adjustment,it can effectively solve the need of heating and pumping units when the unit is running at low load.The Orient Corp No.1 unit has carried out the transformation of the cutting cylinder.The safety of the long blade of the low pressure cylinder in the school is achieved.The heating butterfly valve which can not be completely sealed is replaced by a fully sealed hydraulic butterfly valve.A new steam system is added to the low pressure cylinder,the low pressure cylinder water temperature system is reformed and the automatic control system is matched.After cutting the cylinder,the capacity of the unit to participate in the depth peak regulation and the capacity of heating and steam extraction at the low load operation have been improved completely.The investment is small and the time limit for transformation is short.The energy saving effect is obvious and the utility is stronger and the operation is simple.
