摘要 针对近年来金属氧化物避雷器运行中出现的新问题,从广东电网选取典型案例,对重复雷击和表面污秽引起的电阻片劣化、瓷外套避雷器密封失效、复合外套避雷器密封不可靠、复合外套材料性能下降,以及线路避雷器失地运行等问题进行分析,提出在选型、运行维护等阶段的解决方案和要求,例如:在强雷区增加多重落雷特殊工况时的电阻片能量吸收校核,在特殊腐蚀环境采用铝材等材料,对复合外套避雷器进行内部灌封和密封,增加对硅橡胶材料的主组分及性能试验,避免线路避雷器失地运行,以及落实运维试验工作,等等。这为金属氧化物避雷器的运行维护提供指导。 Aiming at new problems in operation of the metal oxide arrester (MOA) in recent years,this paper selects typical cases in Guangdong power grid to analyze degradation of the resistor disc caused by repeated lightning stroke and surface pollution,disabled sealing of the porcelain housed arrester,unreliable sealing of the polymeric housed arreseter,performance declination of materials of polymeric housing,lost-grounding operation of the line arrester,and so on.It also proposes solutions and requirements in stages of type selection,operation and maintenance,such as considering check on energy absorption of the resistor disc in strong lightning areas,using materials like aluminium in special corrosive environment,requiring internal embedment and sealing for the polymeric housed arrester,tests on main components and performance of the silicone rubber materials,avoiding ost-grounding operation of the line arrester,carrying out operation and maintenance test,and so on.The above analysis and countermeasures are useful to provide guidance for operation and maintenance of the MOA.
