“工业4.0”框架下高等教育发展面临的困境

摘要 "工业4.0"既是一场工业革命,又是一场高等教育革命,给高等教育发展带来新的契机。回溯多次工业革命与高等教育的发展历程,高等教育对于工业产业界变化的适应主要体现在课程内容、专业结构以及教育思想的变革上。在"工业4.0"新的浪潮下,高等教育再次面临课程内容与"工业4.0"要求不符合、专业结构与"工业4.0"需求不契合、教育思想与"工业4.0"诉求不切合等发展困境。 "Industry 4.0" is both an industrial revolution and a higher education revolution,bringing new opportunities to the development of higher education.Back to the development of industrial revolution and higher education,the adaptation of education to industrial circles of industry is mainly reflected in the curriculum content,professional structure and the reform of education.Under the new wave of "Industry 4.0",the higher education once again faces the dilemma,which contains curriculum does not conform to the"Industry 4.0" requirements,professional structure does not fit the "Industry 4.0"demand,education thoughts does not suit "Industry 4.0" demands.
