快递企业90后员工忠诚度研究——基于绵阳地区申通快递的实证分析 被引量:2

摘要 在网上购物平台快速发展的背景下,快递业务市场越来越大,快递人才的需求也越来越强,但快递公司90后员工流失率较高。以绵阳地区申通快递90后员工作为研究样本,采用问卷调查法,构建了绵阳地区申通快递90后员工忠诚度评价体系。利用因子分析法发现:薪酬制度、工作环境和氛围、管理制度、企业文化、创新发展是绵阳地区申通快递90后员工忠诚度的主要影响因素,并对各因素的权重进行了确定,为提升90后员工忠诚度提出了建议。 In the context of the rapid development of online shopping platforms, the market for express delivery services is getting faster and faster, the demand for express delivery talents is getting stronger and stronger, and the current turnover rate of express delivery companies after 90s is high. As a research sample on the employees of Shentong Express in Mianyang, the questionnaire survey and interview method were used to construct the employee loyalty evaluation system of Shentong Express in Mianyang. Using factor analysis, it is found that the compensation system factors, working environment and atmosphere factors, management system factors, corporate culture factors and innovation factors are the main influencing factors of employee loyalty after STO in Mianyang, and the weight of each factor is determined. Suggestions to improve employee loyalty after 90s.
