上海枢纽铁路货运站功能布局优化研究

Research on Functional Layout Optimization of Shanghai Railway Freight Stations

货运站是铁路进行货物运输的基本场所,也是与其他交通方式衔接的关键地点,因此,铁路货运站在铁路货物运输及整个物流体系起着重要作用。文章通过分析上海枢纽铁路货运站布局现状和货运情况,探讨了上海枢纽铁路货运存在问题,分析了产生问题的原因,提出结合上海市城市发展规划和地区产业结构调整,并依托铁路货运通道规划建设来优化铁路货运布局,升级铁路货运站功能,根据自身及周边产业特征,将货运站转型为城市综合型、城市配送型和专业型铁路物流中心,以此推动铁路货运健康快速发展。

Freight station is the basic place for railway transportation as well as the key location where the connection between railway and other modes of transportation is established. Therefore, railway freight stations play an important role in railway freight transportation and the entire logistics system. By means of analyzing the status quo of the space layout and freight situation of Shanghai railway freight stations, this paper discusses the problems of railway freight transportation in Shanghai and analyses the causes of the problems. It proposes to optimize the distribution of railway freight and upgrade the functionality of railway freight stations by way of combining the urban development planning and the regional industrial structure adjustment of Shanghai, as well as depending on the railway freight channel planning. Then according to the characteristics of railway freight stations and its surrounding industries, the freight stations can be transformed into three different types of railway logistics centers, so as to promote the healthy and rapid development of railway freight transportation.
