首先,文章从车型的角度出发,充分利用和借鉴现有交通统计工作的经验和成果,并结合现代成熟的统计理论和方法,对区域公路运输量调查统计指标需求进行了分析和研究。其次,从分车型的角度,初步构建了区域公路运输量统计调查指标体系;最后,从需求用户层次和需求部门两个角度对分车型的区域公路运输量统计调查指标进行了需求分析。可为构建分车型的区域公路运输量统计调查指标体系提供依据,为完善具有区域特点的区域公路运输量统计调查体系提供理论方法。

Firstly, this paper, at the point of vehicle type, makes full use of and refer to experience and achievement of modern transportation statistics work, at the same time considering matural statistical theory and method, analyses and researches on the demand on statistics and investigation index of area highway transportation volume. Then, it firstly constructs statistics and investigation index system of area highway transportation volume at the point of vehicle type;Finally, analyses demand on statistics and investigation index of highway transportation volume with different users and departments. It can provide a basis for the establishment of statistical survey index system for regional highway transportation volume by vehicle type, and then it provides a theoretical method for improving the statistical survey system of regional highway transportation volume.
