技工院校青年教师专业能力的有效培养途径 被引量:1

摘要 教师的专业能力是教师职业发展的基础。在职业成长的初期,青年教师的教育理念、职业素养、专业技能等方面的专业能力亟须培养和提升,需探索有效的培养途径。在教育理念、职业素养培养方面,可通过实施参与式培训、制定职业生涯规划、参加技能竞赛等方式,促进青年教师在创新实践中成长。在教育教学能力培养方面,可通过班级管理、课堂实践提升青年教师教学能力,如集体教研提升教学设计能力、教学流程图提升课堂实施能力、记录文件夹促进课后反思等。在专业技能实践能力培养方面,应深化校企合作提高教师专业技能实践能力,实行"三三二"的培养模式。在教科研能力培养方面,可通过培养现场学习能力激发青年教师研究意识,搭建研究平台提升教师科研能力。青年教师专业能力有效培养路径可通过立体框架图展示出来,以实现对青年教师专业能力的全面培养。 Teachers' professional ability is the basis of their professional development. At the initial stage of professional growth, young teachers' professional abilities in education concept, professional accomplishment, professional skills and other aspects need to be cultivated and improved urgently, and effective training approaches need to be explored. In terms of educational concept and professional accomplishment training, young teachers can be promoted to grow up in innovative practice by implementing participatory training, making career plans and participating in skills competitions. In the aspect of education and teaching ability training, young teachers' teaching ability can be improved through class management and classroom practice, such as collective teaching and research to improve teaching design ability, teaching flow chart to improve classroom implementation ability, and recording folders to promote after-class reflection, etc. In the aspect of training professional skills practical ability, we should deepen the cooperation between school and enterprise to improve teachers' professional skills practical ability and implement the "332" training mode. In the aspect of teaching and research ability training, young teachers' research consciousness can be stimulated by training on-site learning ability, and research platform can be built to improve teachers' research ability. The effective training path of young teachers' professional ability can be shown through a three-dimensional frame diagram, so as to realize the comprehensive training of young teachers' professional ability.
