教师的专业能力是教师职业发展的基础。在职业成长的初期,青年教师的教育理念、职业素养、专业技能等方面的专业能力亟须培养和提升,需探索有效的培养途径。在教育理念、职业素养培养方面,可通过实施参与式培训、制定职业生涯规划、参加技能竞赛等方式,促进青年教师在创新实践中成长。在教育教学能力培养方面,可通过班级管理、课堂实践提升青年教师教学能力,如集体教研提升教学设计能力、教学流程图提升课堂实施能力、记录文件夹促进课后反思等。在专业技能实践能力培养方面,应深化校企合作提高教师专业技能实践能力,实行"三三二"的培养模式。在教科研能力培养方面,可通过培养现场学习能力激发青年教师研究意识,搭建研究平台提升教师科研能力。青年教师专业能力有效培养路径可通过立体框架图展示出来,以实现对青年教师专业能力的全面培养。

Teachers' professional ability is the basis of their professional development. The effective training path of young teachers' professional ability can be shown through a three-dimensional frame diagram, so as to realize the comprehensive training of young teachers' professional ability.
