摘要
波士顿矩阵的特点是通过不同角度测量数据的二维分析,实现对产品的准确定位识别,为企业提供决策辅助服务,其识别作用也可以应用于人力资源管理的数据分析。将波士顿矩阵由产品分析移植到员工队伍评价数据分析,以绩效考核得分为Y轴,以素质能力测评得分为X轴,可构建员工队伍评价数据波士顿矩阵。以绩效考核平均分和素质能力测评平均分作为高、低水平的区分点,可将矩阵划分为4个象限,将企业员工定位为"枯竭(未知)""透支""明星""盈余"4种类型,对不同类型的员工可实施不同的管理策略。为提高二维数据分析和人员定位的准确性,可以在X轴、Y轴组成的矩阵基础上,增加一个Z轴作为验证维度,并将Z轴选取为国内企业常用的民主测评得分,形成三维立体的员工队伍评价定位验证矩阵。
Boston Matrix is characterized by accurate positioning and identification of products through twodimensional analysis of measured data from different angles, providing decision-making assistance services for enterprises, and its identification function can also be applied to data analysis of human resources management. Boston Matrix is transplanted from product analysis to workforce evaluation data analysis. Boston Matrix of workforce evaluation data can be constructed by taking performance evaluation score as Y axis and quality and ability evaluation score as X axis. Taking the average score of performance evaluation and the average score of quality and ability evaluation as the distinguishing points of high and low levels, the matrix can be divided into four quadrants, and the employees of the enterprise can be positioned as four types of "exhaustion (unknown)""overdraft""star",and "surplus". Different management strategies can be implemented for different types of employees. In order to improve the accuracy of two-dimensional data analysis and personnel positioning, a Z axis can be added to the matrix composed of X axis and Y axis, and the Z axis is selected as the commonly used democratic evaluation score of domestic enterprises as the verification dimension to form a three-dimensional evaluation and positioning verification matrix for the workforce.
