摘要
对于不符合国标图集15J401《钢梯》适用条件的旋转楼梯,通常其构件截面尺寸、节点及反力等均不能直接从图集中查到,使用常规设计分析就显得力不从心。因此,本文以某工程需要增建的一座大跨度全悬空式高层钢结构旋转楼梯为研究对象,根据板壳有限元理论建立了有限元模型,在静荷载作用下对其整体强度和变形进行了计算分析。计算结果验证了旋转楼梯结构设计的正确性,并基于此对楼梯的外观和结构提供了设计指导。文中提供的实例有限元分析可为类似工程提供一定的借鉴参考。
For rotary stairs,which don't meet the application condition of 15J401,sectional dimension,joint,and counterforce are usually not available in collection of drawings.It makes design process difficult when using conventional design approach.Thus,this paper,taking a large span full-hanging high-rise steel structure rotary stair as the studying object,establish a finite element model in terms of finite element theory for plate and shell.Monolithic strength and deformtion under static load are calculated.Computation result has proved correctness of structure design of the rotary stair.The research will provide theoretical basis and guidance for design of the structure,and provide some reference for similar projects.
