晚清国势危急,女性的力量开始被更多的人关注,于是女学被提倡,各地的女性教育活动不断开展。河南作为中部大省,虽位于交通要地却因种种原因而风气迟开,一直没有在全国女学发展中占上先列,但在河南各位仁人志士的共同努力下,河南女学发展虽慢却一直在进步。清末民初的许多报纸也对河南女学的发展情况做了相关报道,而河南女学的发展也对当时的历史发展起到了推动作用。

In the late Qing Dynasty, the state was in jeopardy, and the power of women began to be noticed by more people. Therefore, women’s studies were promoted and women’s educational activities were carried out everywhere. Among them, as a large province of transportation destination in central China, Henan has been delayed for various reasons in women’s education. However, with the joint efforts of the benevolent people in Henan, the development of Henan women’s studies is slow but still progressing. Many newspapers in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China also reported on the development of Henan women’s studies, and the development of Henan women’s studies also promoted the historical development of the time.
