摘要
以TP17650M干式炉为热标准源,以Data Acquisition 34970A为数据采集仪,设计热电偶动态响应测试试验系统,测试在不同工作环境温度、不同偶丝直径、不同置入深度下K型热电偶的阶跃响应特性;在此基础上,利用Matlab软件对试验数据进行可视化分析,得出K型热电偶阶跃响应的数学模型,为该类型热电偶在设置单点保护阈值方面提供参考.
In this paper,a dynamic response test system K-type thermocouple was designed by using TP17650M dry furnace as a standard thermal source and Data Acquisition 34970A as data acquisition instrument.The step response characteristics of K-type thermocouple under different working environment temperatures,wire diameter and implantation depth were tested.On the basis of dynamic experiments,the experimental data were visualized and analyzed using Matlab software,and the mathematical model for step response of K-type thermocouple was obtained,which provides the necessary theoretical basis and practical guidance for setting the “single point” protection threshold for this type of thermocouple,and also casts light on step response characteristic test and the setting up of the “single point” protection threshold for other standard thermocouples.
