摘要
侧支循环是Budd-Chiari综合征(BCS)的特征性表现,亦为缓解肝内外淤血的重要代偿。侧支循环不仅对BCS患者的诊断具有重要意义,还在BCS的治疗中具有重要价值。本文主要对侧支循环在BCS诊疗中的研究进展做一综述。
Collateral circulation is a characteristic manifestation of Budd-Chiari syndrome(BCS),also an important compensatory factor for the relief of intrahepatic and extrahepatic congestion.Collateral circulation not only provides important information for the diagnosis of BCS,but also has important significance in the treatment of BCS.The advancements of collateral circulation in the diagnosis and treatment of BCS were reviewed in this article.
