摘要
为拓展蔬菜学科的研究领域,本文提出了功能蔬菜的概念,并结合文献进行了较为全面的探讨。对功能蔬菜的定义、基本属性进行了界定,阐明了功能蔬菜的类型和主要功效,论述了栽培管理因素对功能蔬菜活性成分的可能影响,并对今后功能蔬菜的研究和应用进行展望。功能蔬菜有望成为蔬菜学科的新兴研究领域,为蔬菜产业发展提供新的动力。
In order to expand new research and hot application field for the vegetable,functional vegetable was proposed and the definition and basic attributes of functional vegetables were defined,and the efficacy was clarified,and the available resources were identified in this paper,at the same time,the effects of cuLtivation management factors on active components of functional vegetables were elaborated.At last,the research and application of functional vegetables were prospected in the ending of the paper.Functional vegetables wouLd be expected to provide new production contents and development power for vegetable industry in future.
