藏北牧民草原保护意愿研究

Study on Herdsmen Willingness to Protect Grasslands in Northern Tibet

以西藏那曲地区4县及那曲籍在校大学生为样本,采用访问、问卷调查的形式,从样本的年龄结构、文化程度、经济来源、对草地退化的认知、草地保护意愿、牧民对今后生活愿景、放牧制度等方面进行调查,了解牧民对草地资源退化程度和原因的认知、牧民对草地保护的意愿,分析草原保护观念与生产行为间的矛盾。结果表明:51岁及以上者认为草地退化"严重"者占比高于30岁及以下;引起草地退化的原因样本答案表现出很大的差异;63.21%的样本具有强烈的草地生态保护意愿,有15.12%的受访者表示更注重经济收入,21.67%的受访者表示既考虑草地生态保护同时也关心经济收入;那曲地区草原保护观念与生产行为间存在一定矛盾。本研究对减轻天然草地压力具有重要意义,同时为源头上为减缓草地退化提供参考。

Taking the four Nagqu counties in Tibet and university students from Nagqu as samples,by using the forms of interviews and questionnaires,the age structures,educational levels,economic sources,awareness of grassland degradation,the willingness to protect grasslands,herdsmen's vision for future life,the grazing systems and other aspects were investigated.In addition,the herdsmen's knowledge of the degree and cause of grassland resources degradation,herdsmen's willingness to protect grasslands,and the contradiction between grassland conservation concept and production behavior were analyzed and identified.The resuLts showed that the proportion of people aged 51 and over who believed grassland degradation was"serious"was higher than 30 years old and below;the answers to the causes of grassland degradation also showed great difference.In specific,63.21%of respondents believed that they had a strong willingness to protect grassland ecology,and 15.12%of respondents stated that they paid more attention to economic income,and 21.67%of respondents stated that they considered both ecological protection of grassland and economic income.There was some contradiction between the concept of grassland protection and production behavior in Naqu area.This study is of great significance for reducing the pressure of natural grassland and provides a reference for alleviating grassland degradation.
