Practice and Exploration of China's Olympic Intellectual Property Protection

自2001年北京申办奥运会成功后,我国奥林匹克知识产权保护工作全面、深入、迅速推进,为体育事业和知识产权事业积累了丰富经验。本文就此进行了回顾和梳理,分别论述了我国奥林匹克法律实践、北京奥组委知识产权工作、奥林匹克知识产权保护立法与行政执法、北京奥组委争议解决,以及北京冬奥会知识产权工作动态等。

Since the success of Beijing's bid for the Olympic Games in 2001,China's Olympic intellectual property protection work has been promoted comprehensively,deeply and promptly which has accumulated rich experience for the sports industry and intellectual property.This paper reviews and sorts out the sports and intellectual property work experience,discusses about the Olympic legal practice in China,intellectual property work of BOCOG,legislation and administrative enforcement of Olympic intellectual property protection,dispute resolution of BOCOG and the intellectual property work progress of the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Beijing,etc.
