摘要
本文采用Patentics检索李宁和安踏公司的专利申请,分析两个公司的专利申请量、专利类型、申请趋势、技术领域、法律状态,给出了两家公司的代表性专利,并与耐克、阿迪达斯公司进行比较,最后对两家公司的专利申请给出了建议。
The patent applications of the companies of LI-NING and ANTA are searched based on the Patentics,the number of applications,the type of the applications,the trend of the applications,the technical field and the legal status are analyzed,the typical patents of the two companies are provided,and the two companies are compared with the companies of NIKE and ADIDAS,and finally the suggestions of patent applications of the two companies are provided.
