我国粮食储备规模预警等级模型的建立分析

On Establishment of Early Warning Grade Model for Grain Reserve Scale in China

确定国家粮食储备规模主要是为了保障国家粮食安全,但储备规模并非越大越好。构建我国粮食储备规模预警等级模型体系,可以及时有效地把握我国粮食储备的吞吐量,在储备决策过程中为主管部门提供科学的决策依据,促使粮食供求总量趋于平衡。本文立足于我国粮食储备规模的现状,通过粮食储备规模预警模型的建立,为我国粮食储备提供更主观的参照。

The determination of the country's grain reserves is mainly to protect the country's food security,but the size of the reserve is not as large as possible.The construction of the model system for warning level of China's grain reserve can timely and effectively grasp the throughput of China's grain reserves,provide scientific decision-making basis for the competent departments in the process of reserve decision-making,and promote the balance of grain supply and demand.Based on the current situation of China's grain reserves,this paper provides a more subjective reference for China's grain reserve scale through the establishment of a warning model for grain reserves.
