新时代农村土地资源可持续利用分析——以山东省农村为例

土地作为一种特殊的自然资源,具有数量有限性、不可替代性、长久利用性等自然属性。工业时代到来之后,人口不断增加,经济快速发展,人类自身的发展需要消耗的土地资源规模也越来越庞大。但是经过人类前几个世纪对土地的过度开发利用,现在可供人类支配的优质土地资源规模越来越小,土地资源需求与供给之间的矛盾日益加剧,新时代农村土地资源得到合理配置且可持续利用是使乡村振兴的必然要求。

As a special natural resource,land has some natural properties,such as limited quantity,irreplaceable and longterm utilization.After the arrival of the industrial age,with the continuous increase of population and the rapid development of the economy,the scale of land resources that human beings need to consume for their own development is becoming larger and larger,but after the over-exploitation and utilization of land in the past few centuries,As a result,the scale of high quality land resources is becoming smaller and smaller,and the contradiction between the demand and supply of land resources is becoming more and more serious.It is necessary to make the rural land resources reasonable allocation and sustainable utilization in the new era.
