三峡生态经济合作区战略研究

A strategic study on the Three Gorges Eco-economic Cooperation Zone

三峡生态经济合作区位于长江中上游结合部,在举世闻名的三峡工程周边。建设三峡生态经济合作区,有利于深入实施区域协调发展战略,加快建设统一开放、竞争有序的市场体系;有利于促进集中连片贫困地区脱贫致富;有利于深化长江中上游地区区域经济合作,形成长江经济带优势互补、协作互动的格局。本文提出了三峡生态经济合作区的范围及重要意义,阐述了建设三峡生态经济合作区的总体思路、空间布局、政策建议与保障措施。

The Three Gorges Eco-Economic Cooperation Zone is located at the junction of the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River,around the world-famous Three Gorges Project and at the junction area of Hubei Province,Hunan Province,Sichuan Province,Chongqing City and Guizhou Province.The Outline of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development clearly proposed the construction of the Three Gorges Eco-economic Cooperation Zone.This paper expounds the scope and significance of the Three Gorges Eco-economic Cooperation Zone,and puts forward the overall idea,spatial layout,policy recommendations and safeguard measures for the construction of the Three Gorges Eco-Economic Cooperation Zone.
