创新驱动县域经济高质量发展——以江苏省常州市武进区为例

Innovation drives the high quality development of county economy——Taking Wujin District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province as an example

江苏省常州市武进区探索形成了具有苏南特色的县域经济创新发展之路,民营经济带动、特色园区建设、创新创业发展、产教融合互促等方面的做法值得总结推广。武进创新发展中仍面临空间资源整合、园区开发运营、产业转型升级、生产要素支撑等问题与制约,要着眼弥补短板、聚焦难点、精准施策,通过优化生产力布局、助推产业迈向中高端、吸引高端创新要素集聚、完善创新发展制度环境等,加快实现县域经济高质量发展。

The Wujin District of Changzhou City,Jiangsu Province,has explored a road of innovative development of county economy with characteristics of southern Jiangsu Province whose experiences and practices of private economy driven,construction of characteristic parks,innovation and entrepreneurship development,and integration of industry and education are worth summarizing and popularizing.Wujin’s innovative development still faces problems and constraints involving integration of spatial resources,development and operation of parks,industrial transformation and upgrading,and support of production factors.We should focus on making up for shortcomings,focusing on difficulties and implementing precise measures,and accelerate the realization of high-quality county economy by optimizing the layout of productive forces,promoting industries to the middle and high-ends,attracting high-end innovative elements and improving the institutional environment for innovative development.
