摘要
2005年,澳大利亚图书馆和信息协会、澳大利亚学校图书馆协会联合颁布了《教师馆员专业卓越标准》,概述了在卓越水平上工作的教师馆员的专业知识、专业实践和专业承诺3大标准。其后发布修订通过的《澳大利亚教师馆员声明》,标志着澳大利亚中小学图书馆对教师馆员有关规范性标准要求完成了体系化构建,正式在澳大利亚推进实施并产生巨大影响。《教师馆员专业卓越标准》带给我们两点启示:高度重视中小学图书馆员胜任力的体系化建设、多方联动携手共同推进标准的完善和实践,真正做到理论和实践融入共生。
In 2005, the Australian Library and Information Association and the Australian Association of School Libraries jointly issued Standards of Professional Excellence for Teacher Librarians. It summarized the three major standards of professional knowledge, professional practice and professional commitment of teacher librarians working at the highest level of excellence, with main goals of reaching a national consensus on what are the excellent teacher librarian’s practice, as well as providing professional information and improving students’ learning achievements. Subsequently, after investigation and feedback of other standards, formally issued the revised Australian Teacher Librarian Statement, which marked the completion of the systematic construction of the normative standards for teacher librarians in primary and secondary schools in Australia, and formally promoted and exerted a huge impact. Interpreting its standards gives us two enlightenments: highly valuing the systematic construction of the competence of primary and secondary school librarians, cooperating to jointly promote the improvement and practice of the standards, and truly integrating theory and practice into symbiosis.
