The Framework Construction and Management System of Library Data Assets under the Background of Big Data

文章基于数据资产的视角,分析了图书馆大数据建设和管理过程中存在的问题,提出了包括数据归一化处理、人才队伍建设、管理平台建设、设计与优化数据应用模式的图书馆数据资产建设整体框架。最后,基于数据管理知识体系理论,构建了包括管理流程、规范、对象及数据资产的安全、质量和权属管理的图书馆数据资产管理体系。

Based on the perspective of data assets, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction and management of big data in libraries, and proposes an overall framework for the construction of library data assets, including data normalization processing, talent team construction, management platform construction, design and optimization of data application mode. Finally, on basis of the theory of data management knowledge system, the paper constructs the library data asset management system, which includes management process, management specification, management object, security management, quality management and ownership management.
