摘要
本文查阅2010年之后当归种植加工方面的文献,以当归中挥发油、多糖、阿魏酸含量为评价指标,对不同的产地、采收时间及加工炮制对当归中挥发油、多糖、阿魏酸含量的影响进行综述及探讨,为进一步阐明当归道地性提供理论依据。
This paper refers to the literature on the planting and processing of Angelica Sinensis after 2010, the contents of volatile oil, polysaccharide and ferulic acid in Angelica Sinensis are used as evaluation indexes, the effects of different producing areas, harvesting time and processing on the contents of volatile oil, polysaccharide and ferulic acid in Angelica Sinensis are reviewed and discussed, it provides a theoretical basis for further clarifying the authenticity of Angelica Sinensis.
