颈部血管彩色多普勒超声检查在老年缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用价值

Application value of color Doppler ultrasonography of cervical vessels in elderly patients with ischemic stroke

目的探究颈部血管彩色多普勒超声检查在老年缺血性脑卒中患者中的应用价值。方法选取2017年12月～2018年9月本院收治的100例老年缺血性脑卒中患者作为本次研究的观察组;同时选取同期在本院进行体检的100例健康者作为对照组。两组研究者均实施颈部血管彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两组的检查结果以评估颈部血管彩色多普勒超声在缺血性脑卒中的应用价值。结果研究组患者双侧颈总动脉(CCA)、颈内动脉(ICA)、颈外动脉(ECA)各处分叉点的内膜中层厚度(IMT)均高于对照组,同时研究组内膜增厚与斑块的发生率明显高于对照组,研究组患者的颈动脉总狭窄率高于对照组,轻度狭窄率低于对照组,中度及重度狭窄率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中老年缺血性脑卒中患者应用颈部血管彩色多普勒超声检查,能够有效观察其颈部动脉粥样硬化情况,为临床诊治提供重要依据,且具有方便快捷、经济性好等优势,可在基层广泛推广。

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasonography of cervical vessels in elderly patients with ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 100 cases of elderly patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled in this study. At the same time, 100 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group. Cervical vascular color Doppler ultrasonography was performed in both groups, and the results of the two groups were compared to evaluate the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in ischemic stroke. Results The intima-media thickness (IMT) of the bifurcations of the common carotid artery (CCA), internal carotid artery (ICA), external carotid artery (ECA) in the study group were higher than those of the control group, the detection rates of intimal thickening and plaque in the study group were higher than those of the control group, the total cervical artery stenosis in the study group was higher than that of the control group, the rate of mild stenosis was lower than that of control group, the rate of moderate and severe stenosis were higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In elderly patients with ischemic stroke, color Doppler ultrasonography of the neck vessels can effectively observe the atherosclerosis of the neck, provide an important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment, and has many advantages such as convenient and economical, which can be widely promoted in primary care.
