以实验教学为载体培养药学类高职学生职业素养的实践研究 被引量:2

摘要 当前高职学生的培养存在重技能、轻素养教育的现状,针对目前药学类高职学生的就业特点和存在问题,本文通过改革实验内容、规范管理实验用品、实验过程责任管理和安全化、实践技能的标准化等,深化实验教学内涵,把职业素养教育和培养渗透于实验教学的各个环节,构建综合生产项目前进行各种培训的教学模式,包括专业理论必备知识的培训、岗位基本技能的训练;根据行业特点进行质量第一、安全生产知识教育。模拟职场的工作环境,使学生对今后的职场工作有所了解、有所认识,以提高学生职业素养,帮助学生尽快适应工作岗位。 The current training of the students in high vocational schools has the current situation of too much focus on skills and less focus on quality education. In view of the employment characteristics and existing problems of current students studying pharmacology in high vocational schools, this paper deepens the connotation of experimental teaching by reforming the experimental contents, standardizing the management of experimental supplies, the management of experimental process responsibility and safety, and the standardization of practical skills, so as to infiltrate professionalism education and training into all aspects of experimental teaching, and build a teaching model for various training before conducting a comprehensive production project, including training of necessary knowledge for professional theory, training of basic skills in positions, and the knowledge education with the focus on quality and safety production according to the characteristics of the industry. The working environment of the workplace is also simulated, so that students have some understanding and awareness of the future workplace, in order to improve the professional quality of students and help students adapt to work as soon as possible.
