自我管理技能训练联合音乐疗法对精神分裂症患者自理能力和康复效果的影响

Effect of self-management skill training combined with music therapy on self-care ability and rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients

目的探讨自我管理技能训练联合音乐疗法对精神分裂症患者自理能力和康复效果的影响。方法选取2017年1～12月在我院住院的120例精神分裂症患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组行常规的药物治疗和护理,研究组在此基础上实施为期8周的自我管理技能训练联合音乐疗法,采用护士住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评价患者的自理能力和康复功能。结果干预8周后,研究组ADL评分均显著低于对照组、NOSIE总评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我管理技能训练与音乐疗法相结合能提高精神病患者的生活自理能力,促进疾病的康复,降低复发率。

Objective To explore the effect of self-management skill training combined with music therapy on self-care ability and rehabilitation effect of patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 120 schizophrenic patients who hospitalized in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected and divided into study group (n=60) and control group (n=60) according to random number table method. The control group received routine drug therapy and nursing care, on this basis, the study group was implemented an eight-week self-management skills training combined with music therapy. The self-care ability and rehabilitation function of the inpatients were evaluated by the nurse observation scale (NOSIE), and the activity of daily living (ADL). Results After 8 weeks of intervention, the scores of ADL in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the total NOSIE score was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of self-management skill training and music therapy can improve the ability of self-care of mental patients, promote the recovery of disease and reduce the recurrence rate.
