焦虑调控训练对精神分裂症后抑郁患者负面情绪的影响

Effect of anxiety regulation training on negative emotion in patients with post-schizophrenia depression

目的探讨焦虑调控训练对精神分裂症后抑郁患者负面情绪的影响。方法选取广东省梅州市第三人民医院2014年4月～2017年6月接诊的62例精神分裂症后抑郁住院患者作为研究对象,均符合国际疾病分类第10版(ICD-10)中精神分裂症诊断标准,使用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各31例。两组经常规治疗,对照组给予常规护理,而研究组则在常规护理基础上用焦虑调控训练,分析比较两组训练前、训练6周后的负面情绪,即采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对其焦虑、抑郁状况予以评价。结果训练前,两组SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练6周后,研究组SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论焦虑调控训练能有效改善精神分裂症后抑郁患者的负面情绪,为精神分裂症后抑郁患者的康复护理提供更有效的方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of anxiety regulation training on negative emotions in patients with post-schizophrenia depression. Methods A randomized, open-label, prospective study was conducted in 60 patients with post-schizophrenia depression who were admitted to the Third People′s Hospital of Meizhou City from April 2014 to June 2017. According to the selection criteria for schizophrenia in the international classification of diseases (ICD-10), they were divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method, 30 cases in each group. Regular treatment was adopted in two groups, while the control group was given routine nursing care, the study group was applied anxiety regulation training on the basis of routine nursing, and the negative emotions of the two groups before training and after 6 weeks of training were analyzed and compared using the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and the self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used to evaluate their anxiety and depression. Results Before the training, there were no significant differences in the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups (P>0.05). After 6 weeks of training, the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Anxiety regulation training can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with post-schizophrenia depression and provide a more effective method for rehabilitation nursing of patients with post-schizophrenia depression.
