人性化护理在婴幼儿听力筛查中的应用

Application of humanistic nursing in the hearing screening for infants

目的探讨人性化护理在婴幼儿听力筛查中的应用效果。方法选择2017年3月～2018年5月在我院接受听力筛查的114例婴幼儿,按照数字随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组各57例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受人性化护理,比较两组的听力筛查结果以及护理总满意度。结果观察组中有53例听力筛查通过,通过率为92.98%,对照组中有45例听力筛查通过,通过率为78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在婴幼儿听力筛查期间,对婴幼儿家长行人性化护理,可显著改善婴幼儿听力筛查通过率,优化听力筛查质量,同时提高婴幼儿家长的护理满意度,临床推广价值较好。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing in infant hearing screening. Methods A total of 114 infants and children who received hearing screening in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were selected, and all infants were divided into observation group and control group according to the numerical randomization method, 57 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing during the hearing screening, while the observation group received humanized nursing, and the hearing screening results and total nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results All 53 infants and children in the observation group passed the hearing screening, with a passing rate of 92.98%, and 45 infants and children in the control group passed the hearing screening, with a passing rate of 78.95%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing for infants and young children′s parents during infant hearing screening can significantly improve the passing rate of infant hearing screening, optimize the quality of hearing screening, and at the same time improve the nursing satisfaction of infants and young children′s parents, which is of good clinical value.
