术前术后联合用药对无痛超导人工流产患者感染及阴道出血量的影响

The Influence of Combined Medication before and after Operation on Infection and Vaginal Bleeding in Patients with Painless Superconducting Induced Abortion

目的探讨术前左氧氟沙星联合术后屈螺酮炔雌醇片对无痛超导人工流产患者感染及阴道出血量的影响。方法选取2017年9月—2018年12月在酒泉市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心接受超导无痛人工流产术的妇女98例,分为对照组(n=49)和观察组(n=49),对照组术后给予屈螺酮炔雌醇片,观察组在此基础上术前给予左氧氟沙星。对两组患者临床疗效进行评估。结果观察组术后出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者血清C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前左氧氟沙星联合术后屈螺酮炔雌醇片可降低无痛超导人工流产患者术后感染风险,减少阴道出血量。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of levofloxacin combined with postoperatively dextroxonne estradiol tablets on infection and vaginal bleeding in patients with painless superconducting induced abortion.METHODS 98 women undergoing superconducting painless induced abortion from September 2017 to December 2018 were divided into control group(n=49)and observation group(n=49).The observation group received levofloxacin before operation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,infection and serum inflammatory indexes were evaluated in both groups.RESULTS The amount of postoperative bleeding in the observation group was less than the control group.The statistical analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CRP in the control group were higher than the control group.The statistical analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Levofloxacin combined with despironne estradiol tablets before and after operation could reduce the risk of infection,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding.
