针刺治疗肱骨外上髁炎的研究进展

Research progress on acupuncture treating external humeral epicondylitis

肱骨外上髁炎多见于前臂及腕部活动强度较大的人群,严重影响患者的生活质量。而针灸作为一种操作简单、经济有效的治疗方法,在临床中得到普遍应用。本文整理近5年各种针刺疗法包括毫针、温针灸、浮针、火针、电针、针刀、刃针等治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床研究,经分析对比,各种针法疗效显著且均优于相应对照组。同时,将整理文献过程中发现的问题加以总结,以期为肱骨外上髁炎的针刺治疗提供更多参考。

External humeral epicondylitis is common in people with more movement of forearms and wrists,and it has a severe impact on patients′ quality of life.Acupuncture is a simple,economical and effective treatment which has been widely used in clinic.This paperre viewed the clinical studies on various acupuncture therapies,including filiform needle,warming needle moxibustion,floating needle,fire needle,electroacupuncture,needle knife,edge needle and so on,for the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis in the past five years.By analyzing and contrasting,the results showed that the therapeutic effect of various acupuncture methods was significant,which was better than that of the routine treatment group.Also,the problems found in the studies were summarized to provide more reference for later treatments.
