针灸治疗卒中后复视的临床研究进展

Clinical research progress of acupuncture treatment for post-stroke diplopia

回顾和整理近20年针灸治疗卒中后复视的研究成果,为临床针灸治疗提供参考依据。通过中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库,收集整理自1999年1月1日至2019年1月1日的文献,从选穴规律、治疗方法等方面归纳分析。最终获得临床文献25篇,无阐释作用机制的实验类文献,按经脉腧穴使用个数排序前3位由高到低依次为:睛明、太阳、风池。十四经经脉腧穴使用频率前3位的经络由高到低依次为:足少阳胆经、足太阳膀胱经、足阳明胃经。虽然针灸治疗卒中后复视在临床上已取得一定疗效,但其作用机制的研究却较少涉及。今后应规范疗效评价标准,探究机制,进行更深入系统地研究。

To review and summarize the research results of acupuncture treatment for post-stroke diplopia in the past 20 years,and to provide reference for clinical acupuncture treatment.Through the full-text journal database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and the VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database (VIP),the literature from January 1,1999 to January 1,2019 was collected and summarized from the aspects of acupoint selection and treatment analysis.Twenty-seven clinical research papers were obtained.The experimental papers without interpretation of mechanism were ranked according to the number of meridians and acupoints use.The top three were: point BL1 (Jing ming),point EX-HN5(Tai yang) and point GB20 (Feng chi).The top three most frequently used meridians were: Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian of Foot,Taiyang Bladder Meridian of Foot and Yangming Stomach Meridian of Foot.Although acupuncture has achieved certain clinical effects in the treatment of post-stroke diplopia,researches on its mechanism were seldom found.In the future,we should standardize the evaluation criteria of efficacy, explore mechanisms,and conduct more in-depth systematic research.
