摘要 液压支架作为综采面三机一体重要组成部分,工作环境恶劣,结合其实际工作情况,设计了嵌入式压力监控系统。该系统基于ZigBee拓扑结构,采用CC2530及STR912构建压力传感通信网络,通过将μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统加载于STR912,完成储存压力信息、通信及报警等控制操作。由测试结果可知,嵌入式系统可有效避免煤尘对硬件的影响,测试压力精度偏差小于10 kN,ZigBee丢包率小于0.5%。 Hydraulic support is an important part of the three-machine integration of fully mechanized mining face, and its working environment is bad. Combined with its actual working conditions, an embedded pressure monitoring and control system is designed. The system is based on ZigBee topology and uses CC2530 and STR912 to construct pressure sensor communication network. By loading the real-time operating system of Mu C/OS-II into STR912, the system can store pressure information, communicate and alarm. The test results show that the embedded system can effectively avoid the influence of coal dust on hardware. The test pressure precision can be controlled within (+10 kN), and the loss rate of ZigBee is less than 0.5%.
