摘要
该文针对悬架液压系统中常用的皮囊式、隔膜式以及活塞式三种不同类型的蓄能器,分别介绍了每种蓄能器的结构特点与工作原理。基于理想气体状态方程,给出了蓄能器极限工作压力的确定原则,分析了极限工作压力与预充气体积、预充气压力、油气弹簧跳动量以及环境温度等因素之间的关系。最后,根据极限压力分析结果,总结了悬架蓄能器选型流程图,为蓄能器的选型提供理论依据。
The structure features and working principle of the frequently-used accumulators in the hydraulic suspension system are introduced in this paper, which includes the bag type, the diaphragm type and the piston type accumulator. The calculation method of the limiting working pressure for different accumulators is proposed based on the ideal gas state equation. The relationship among the limiting pressure, initial gas volume, gas pressure, hydro-pneumatic spring oscillations and the environmental temperature is also analyzed. Finally, according to the result the selection flow of the hydraulic suspension accumulator is summarized which will provide theory gist for the selection of the accumulator.
