摘要
水压传动安全、防爆、无污染,在土木工程试验中常常采用水压力加载控制装置实现应力载荷的模拟。双向水压力同步加载系统可以模拟更为复杂、真实的载荷状况,在抗震三轴试验中具有非常重要的作用。该文针对双向水压力加载系统开展研究,利用步进电机+水压缸设计了双向水压力加载装置,在此基础上以PC为上位机、STM32为控制器完成测控系统设计,采用交叉耦合同步控制算法实现了双向加载的同步控制,最后输入同步加载波形以实验的方式验证了方案的可行性。该文提出的基于STM32双向水压力同步加载系统其输出水压力范围为0~1000 kPa,具有成本低、同步控制精度高等的优点。
Water-pressure transmission is safe, explosion-proof, and no pollution. In geological engineering tests, water-pressure loading control device is often used to simulate the stress load. Bidirectional synchronous water-pressure loading system can simulate more complex and real loading conditions, which plays a very important role in the triaxial test. A bidirectional synchronous water-pressure loading system is studied, using the step motor and the hydraulic cylinder to setup the loading device. System design taking PC as a host computer and STM32 as a controller is completed and the cross coupling algorithm is used to realize the synchronous control. The feasibility of the project is verified by experiment at last. In this paper, the proposed bidirectional synchronous water-pressure loading system based on STM32 can range from 0 to 1000 kPa, which has the advantages of low cost and high synchronization control accuracy.
