风机风量调整电液伺服系统模糊PID控制器设计 被引量:1

摘要 引风机作为火电厂的重要辅助设备,多在高温、高压、强振动等恶劣环境下工作,对液压控制系统的可靠性和稳定性要求很高,因此调节引风机风量的电液伺服控制系统也必须具有较高的控制性能。通过设计基于模糊控制的PID控制器,用以提高系统的控制性能。与不加控制器和加入常规PID控制器对比分析,采用模糊PID控制在保证系统稳定的基础上,提高了系统的响应速度和控制精度。 As an important auxiliary equipment of thermal power plant, many of them work under the harsh environment of high temperature, high pressure and strong vibration, the reliability and stability of the hydraulic control system are very high, so the electro-hydraulic servo control system of adjusting the air volume of the induced draft fan must have high control performance. The PID controller based on fuzzy control is designed to improve the control performance of the system. Compared with the controller and PID controller, Fuzzy PID control is used to improve the response speed and control accuracy of the system.
