摘要
该文对钢包精炼炉三相电极不能下降的故障现象进行了分析,找到故障原因,并提出了优化措施,运用在实际中,很好地解决了原有系统设计的缺陷,效果显著,达到高效完成冶炼任务的目标。
In this paper, the ladle refining furnace three-phase electrode can't drop failure phenomenon are analyzed, the cause of the failure are found, and the optimization measures are put forward. to apply in actual use,the defects of the original system design are well solved, the effect is remarkable, and the goal of accomplishing the smelting task efficiently is achieved.
