摘要
该文介绍了ZGM113N型中速辊式磨煤机ATOS液压加载系统组成和工作原理,汇总研究了该型液压加载系统运行中出现的各类问题,从各类故障特征出发研究故障原因,提出相应解决办法和维护建议,为同类型设备使用提供了一些现场处置经验和思路。
The paper introduces the composition and working principle of ATOS coal machine hydraulic loading system of ZGM113N medium speed grinding roller, collects and research the various problems of the hydraulic loading system during operation. From the characteristics of various malfunctions, we put forward series of corresponding solutions and maintenance advice, provide some on-site disposal experience and ideas for the same type the use of equipment.
