摘要
阵列波导光栅(Arrayed Waveguide Grating,AWG)由于其损耗较低、尺寸小、结构紧凑、易于与其他器件集成等优点,成为实现波分复用与解复用器系统中的关键光学器件。近年来AWG的小型化和温度不敏感设计引起了关注。本文主要研究如何设计对温度不敏感的纳米线AWG器件。首先介绍了AWG的基本工作原理和一般结构,给出了温度不敏感AWG的设计方案。通过对相关参数的分析。
Due to the advantages of low loss,small size,compact structure,easy to integrate with other devices,Arrayed waveguide grating(AWG)has become the key device of wavelength division multiplexing demultiplexing system.In recent years,the miniaturization and the temperature-insensitive design of AWG have been widely discussed.The thesis is focused on the design of temperatureinsensitive nanowire AWG device.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of the several popular AWG designs are analysised.Then the basic principle and the general structure of the AWG are introduced.Through the analysis of relevant parameters,combined with examples of temperature insensitive AWG research.
