摘要 针对在导体处于超导状态下,需要长时间对相关物理参数进行采集与分析的需求,运用虚拟仪器及其相关技术设计了一种实时数据多通道采集软件系统,用于实时监测超导状态下的电压和温度信号。该系统以模块化工控机为平台,以LabVIEW 2015作为软件开发工具,设计了串口通信,温度和电压数据采集与回显模块,利用LabSQL工具包完成数据库文件存储与回看等功能。解决了多种数据、多通道的实时采集处理以及长时间存储问题。经试验该系统运行稳定、采集效率高并有良好的人机交互界面,易于维护和扩展,达到系统要求的技术指标。 When the conductor is in the superconducting state,it takes a long time to collect and analyze the relevant physical parameters.Aiming at this special requirement,a real-time data multi-channel acquisition software system was designed by using virtual instrument and related technology to monitor the voltage and temperature signals in superconducting state in real time.The system uses a modular computer as a platform and LabVIEW 2015 as a software development tool to realize serial communication,temperature and voltage data acquisition and playback functions,and uses the LabSQL toolkit to complete database file storage and review functions.Solved a variety of data,multi-channel real-time acquisition processing and long-term storage problems.After testing,the system is stable in operation,high in collection efficiency and has a good human-computer interaction interface.It is easy to maintain and expand,and meets the technical requirements of the system.
