我国房地产企业竞争力影响因素实证研究

Empirical Research on Influencing Factors of the Competitiveness of China's Real Estate Enterprises

梳理房地产企业竞争力影响因素研究成果,基于2010～2017年季报数据,采用实证研究方法,较为客观地研究我国房地产企业竞争力影响因素的有关问题。结果表明,主营业务收入净额占比、总资产增长率、营业总收入同比增长率与房地产企业竞争力呈现正相关。建议我国房地产企业进一步提升主营业务盈利能力,进一步发挥规模经济效应,进一步提高财务稳健性,以期实现提高自身竞争力的目的。

Based on the quarterly reports from 2010 to 2017,this paper combs the research status of factors influencing the competitiveness of real estate enterprises in China,and takes empirical study to objectively study the factors affecting the competitiveness of China’s real estate enterprises. The results show that net income share,total assets growth rate and total business revenue growth rate showed a positive correlation with the competitiveness of real estate enterprises. Then,suggests that the real estate enterprises in China should further enhance the profitability of the main business,further develop the economies of scale,and further improve the financial stability in order to achieve the purpose of improving their competitiveness.
