摘要
分析建筑企业传统的劳务分包商选择和价格确定模式,指出传统模式中存在不同项目部针对相同分包内容出现不同采购价格的问题。基于战略合作导向,提出劳务分包的战略采购模式,即建筑企业打破项目部的条块分割,统一选择劳务分包商,制定统一的劳务分包价格,阐述该模式的运行机制,并论述该模式的必要性和可行性。
This paper analyzes the traditional model of labor subcontractor selection and price determination in construction enterprises,points out that in the traditional mode,different project departments will have different purchasing prices while focusing on the same subcontracting content. Based on the guidance of strategic cooperation,puts forward the strategic purchasing model of labor subcontracting,which means the construction enterprise breaks the division of the project department,chooses the labor subcontractor unifiedly,and formulates the unified labor subcontract price. Then,expounds the operation mechanism of the strategic purchasing model. Finally,discusses the necessity and feasibility of the strategic purchasing model.
