摘要
引入"人的全面发展"思想,选取需求、能力、社会关系、个性的发展等代表人的发展水平的综合指标,以在建项目施工管理人员为研究对象,运用因子分析法和聚类法分析问卷调研结果,最后发现施工管理人员的个人发展不全面,各方面发展水平不协调、不均衡,需求和能力发展较好,社会关系与个性发展需要加强。
This paper introduces the thought of “comprehensive development of human”,then selects the comprehensive indicator of the development level,such as demand,ability,social relationship and personality. Taking the construction managers of project under construction as the research object,uses factor analysis and cluster analysis to analyze the results of questionnaire survey. Research show that the development of the personality of construction management is not well balanced in comprehensive development level,demand and capacity development is good,social relations and personality development need to further strengthen.
