摘要
目的:探讨利用品管圈活动提高信息科处理问题的及时完成率。方法:成立品管圈活动小组,遵循PDCA规则,分析信息科处理问题不及时完成的原因,拟定计划与对策并实施,进行效果评价。结果:针对导致信息科处理问题不能及时完成的各方面原因,制定并实施了完善医院信息系统、建立相关管理制度、沟通制度及培训制度等相关对策。活动完成后信息科处理问题及时完成率由50.8%提高到80.58%,达到了预期效果。结论:开展品管圈活动提高了信息科处理问题及时完成率,同时提高了圈员的沟通能力以及解决问题的能力等。
Objective:To explore how to improve the timely problemcompletion rate in the information department of Nanjing Drum Tower hospital by QCC(Quality Control Circle)activity.Methods:The QCC activity group was established in March 2018 with the purpose of“improving the timely problem completion rate in information department”.Based on the ten steps of the QCC activities and the PDCA rules,the reasons why problems cannot be completed in time were analyzed,plans and countermeasures were formulated and in the end,theresults were evaluated.Results:After the reasons why the processing of problems cannot be completed in time found out,a comprehensive information system was established.Meanwhile,a management mechanism,a communication mechanism and a training mechanism were set up accordingly.After the application of QCC activities,the timely problemcompletion rate in information department was raised from the previous 50.8%to 80.58%,which has achieved the expectation.Conclusions:The development of QCC activities can improvenot only the timely problem completion rate,but also the communication ability of the circlers to solve problems.At the same time,through the institutional documents formulated above,the management and operation of hospital information department are bettered,ensuring the stability of the whole cycle,which has been confirmed worth promoting.
